Methodology. We help describing, analyzing, innovating and visualizing clients’ business models. We start with an strategic and financial analysis, assess the model through (internal and external) benchmarking and fresh watching. We continue with brainstorming on new models and develop business model prototypes. Finally we help clients implement their business model(s).
